Return Material Authorization numbers are issued to track and identify equipment sent to Ascendent ID for evaluation/repair. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Once we have responded with a Return Material Authorization Number, please carefully pack the items and ship, prepaid and insured, to Ascendent ID. Be sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the package. Once received, Ascendent ID will contact you for authorization for any equipment not covered under warranty.
